1. Early Fall: Slow release fertilizer with broadleaf weed control 

2. Late Fall: High nitrogen fertilizer with broadleaf weed control 

Aeration + Overseeding: The process of removing soil cores from the lawn to allow nutrients, air, and water to reach the existing root system. Lawn area is then overseeded with a high-quality grass seed to improve your lawns thickness and a starter fertilizer is applied 

Soil testing: A soil sample is taken, and a full analysis is completed to determine the Ph and nutrient levels of your lawns soil 

Lime Application: Applied to turf areas to properly balance the Ph in your lawns soil
